South Korea's Samsung Electronics has said it is considering spinning-off its Liquid Crystal Display element in an offer to rationalize its production. Samsung is not the only electronics firm that has been under pressure to keep its LCD unit gainful. In the opinion of analysts while insist had been slow, the manufacturers had also hurt themselves by producing too many units.
Original LCD invention lines established by Chinese vendors are a major reason why the business remains in an over-supply condition.
