Dad finds twins dead, mum 'overdosed'

The major crime squad is investigating the deaths of seven-month-old baby twins in the Perth town of Cloverdale.

The twins' father arrived home at 3.30pm and found his wife and twins , a boy and a girl ,all unconscious.
The mother is supposed to have had a drug overdose.
