Prime Minister Kevin Rudd has promised to match funds raised by Australia's Italian society to help losses of the deadly earthquake that overcome central Italy in April.
Mr Rudd addressed the Italian-Australian Fundraising Dinner in Melbourne tonight ahead of a trip overseas next week that will include an economic forum in the overcome Italian Abruzzo area.
