Man found lifeless in glass factory

A man has been kill in an industrial accident at a glass factory in Melbourne's northwest.

The body of the 45-year-old St Andrews man was discover in the factory in Kolora Road, Heidelberg West, at 9.15pm (AEST) yesterday, police said.

It's believed the man's body was under ruins of glass.

WorkSafe will investigate the cause of the misfortune, which is unclear at this stage.

Police will prepare a details for the coroner.
