Two men who attacked and raped a Kiwi backpacker near Buckingham Palace in August last year have been jailed in the UK.
The 20-year-old woman was raped in St James's Park by Ismail Acar and Callem Fearnehough.
The court heard the woman met the men on a night bus while going home after a night out with friends.
Acar and Fearnehough, both 21, from Finsbury Park, admitted to rape and robbery and were jailed for 13 years and 10 years respectively.
Both men have been placed on the sex offenders' register for life.
A third man, Dimitri McKenzie-Saunders, was acquitted on all charges.
