VICTORIAN Police are now treating the death of a 3-year-old Indian boy who gone in Melbourne yesterday as murder. His body was recovered last night, 6 hours after his original disappearance.Gurshan Singh Kaur Chana was found by a local area council worker in lengthy grass by the side of a road on a blind alley street, 30km from where he was last seen at a relative's home in Lalor, at 1.10pm.
