England and Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney has completed a hat-trick of awards after being named as the Premier League's player of the year by sponsors Barclays.
The 24-year-old had already collected the Professional Footballers' Association as well as Football Writers' awards for this season.
Barclays named Harry Redknapp as their manager of the year in recognition of his success in guiding Tottenham to a 4th place finish and a place in the final qualifying round of next season's Champions League.
