JON Venables, the killer of the British toddler James Bulger, has been charged with downloading child pornography, it was revealed Monday.The development comes after a judge at the London's Old Bailey court lifted some of the media restrictions on the case.
Venables was found on guilty along with Robert Thompson of murdering the two-year-old Bulger in 1993.
