U.S police charged a 19-year-old man with raping and killing his 16-year-old friend Chloe Ottman, whose body was found Saturday near a isolated spiritual attraction in Waterbury, Conn. Francisco Cruz is predictable to make his first court look Monday in Waterbury Superior Court in link with the death of Chloe Ottman.
Police say that Cruz admitted Saturday to murdering Ottman after the two supposedly walked together to the dilapidated religious landmark, Holy Land USA, on Thursday evening. police force say the teens were friends for nearly two years. Investigators begin looking for the missing teen once family members reported Ottman missing on Friday.
