Obama calls schools vital for US competitiveness

President Barack Obama said Tuesday he wants to see group of people colleges fabricate an additional 5 million graduates by 2020, in conflict the schools are crucial to America's future competitiveness.

Obama made his commentary in the East Room as he convened his first White House peak on community colleges.

The reason is to boost the schools that give millions of students with skills training and a less classy path to a college degree — institution that are also challenged by climbing enrollments and high loafer rates.
