The take into custody of Mega upload’s founders has led to other file storage space sites taking achievement in an obvious attempt to protect them as of legal action. Mega upload has secured itself by saying that patent holders had mechanisms which permitted the removal of infringing content and that legitimate material was shared on the site.
According to Michael Moore, a partner at law firm Marks & Clerk, Mega upload’s conclusion suggested that copyright enforcers were moving away from targeting individual file-sharers as they had done in the past. Experts said that the sites were attempting to prove that they were taking piracy acutely. A Rapid share spokesman told technology news website Ars Technica that it was not anxious or afraid about Mega upload’s conclusion.
