A 26 yearn old man has died in hospital a day after he was concerned in a head-on car crash in Victoria's south.
It is believed two cars were travelling in different directions on Wooralla Dr, Mt Eliza, when they collided shortly after 3pm on Thursday..
The driver of a Hyundai, a 26 year old from Mt Eliza in a serious condition was airlifted to the Alfred Hospital, where he die yesterday, police said.
A female and male traveler in the car, both 16, were taken to hospital with minor injuries
