Masters champ Phil Mickelson joining Tiger Woods in Charlotte
CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Tiger Woods will contend with Masters champion Phil Mickelson again when he returns to the PGA Tour.

Phil Mickelson on Friday committed to play in the Quail Hollow Championship, which starts on April 29. Tiger Woods announced a day earlier he will play in Charlotte in his second tournament since returning from sex scandal, giving the event the 2 top-ranked golfers in the world.

It will be Mickelson's first tournament since he won his 3rd green jacket on Sunday. Tiger Woods finished tied for 4th at Augusta National.

Phil Mickelson has played at Quail Hollow five times. He hasn't won but has 4 top-10 finishes, including a tie for 5th last year. Tiger Woods finished 4th in the event in 2009 and won it 2 years earlier.
