A man accused of kidnaping and raping a six-year-old girl in the south-west of New South Wales comes into view in court today in Albury.
The girl was playing on the face yard of her Wagga Wagga home in February when she was kidnapped by a man driving a ute.
Her mother chased the Ute as it herd off.
The girl was going back to the street about an hour afterward, with police establishing a particular strike force next the attack.
Police under arrested 28-year-old Adam Gilbert Jolly of North Albury for that rape subsequent a state-wide search.
